Terms & Conditions (Short Version)

By using Tritech, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Tritech is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of regular and gaming laptops. Tritech acts as an intermediary and is not the direct seller of listed products.

Payments made online are temporarily held to protect buyers and are released to the seller once the laptop is delivered and confirmed to match the listing description. Buyers may request a return within 3 days only if the product is not as described. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

If a laptop does not match its description, the seller is responsible for a penalty fee of 2,000 ALL, covering shipping and handling costs.

Users must be 18 years or older to use the platform.
