It’s easy:
1. You list your laptop on Tritech.
2. We pick it up from your address.
3. We deliver it to the buyer.
4. Once the buyer confirms everything matches your description, you get paid.
Yes — we recommend cleaning your device and performing a factory reset for your own privacy
and to increase the chances of a successful sale.
If the buyer pays online, the payment is held securely until the laptop is delivered and
confirmed.
The money is released to the seller within 7 days at most.
In that case, the buyer pays directly upon receiving the laptop, and we process the transfer to
the seller afterward.
If the buyer reports that the laptop does not match the condition or specifications provided in the listing, the device will be returned to Tritech and then sent back to the seller.
In such cases, the seller is required to pay a penalty fee to cover the return shipping and
administrative handling. This penalty exists to encourage accurate listings and ensure a fair
marketplace for everyone.
To avoid this, please list your device honestly and accurately.
Yes — buyers have a legally allowed return window (up to 3 days after the delivery is done).
