Welcome to the TriTech Partner Program
As a specialized laptop marketplace, we require specific store configurations to ensure customers trust your refurbished and new inventory. Follow these steps to get started with your store.
Configure Store Branding
Go to Vendor Dashboard > Settings > Store. Upload a Banner (625x300px) and a professional Logo (270x90px).
Set Up Payment Withdrawals
Go to Settings > Payment. Connect your Business Bank Account or PayPal.
Identity Verification
To prevent fraud and ensure the safety of high-value laptop transactions, all vendors must be verified before they can publish products or withdraw funds.
Go to Verification Settings
Navigate to Settings > Verification in your vendor dashboard.
Select Document Type
Look for "National ID" and click the blue Start Verification button.
Upload Clear Photos
Upload the Front and Back of your ID. Ensure text is readable. Click Submit.
New Product Listing
Once approved, go to Products > Add New and follow this guide to fill the form correctly.
Basic Configuration
Product Name: Format as Brand + Model (e.g. Dell XPS 13).
Category: Select "Gaming" or "Regular".
Price: Enter the final price (VAT Included).
Image Guidelines
Cover Image: The first image is the main product image and must be front-facing with a white background.
It should be high-resolution, as it will represent the product across listings and search results.
Gallery: Add 3 or more additional photos to showcase different aspects of the laptop, such as the keyboard, ports, and closed lid, giving customers a complete view of the product.
Inventory Settings (optional)
Check the box "Enable product stock management" and enter your quantity.
Tip: Keep stock accurate to avoid cancellation penalties.
Tech Specs (Crucial for Filters)
Do not type specs in the description.
You must click the Attributes tab and add these specific fields so filters work:
• Processor (CPU)
• Memory (RAM)
• Storage Size & Type
• Operating System
Once submitted, your product will be in pending status. Please wait for Admin Support to review and approve your listing.
